TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE AND PROVISION OF SERVICES

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

This document regulates the terms and conditions under which LAVANDERÍA WASH QUALITY (hereinafter «THE COMPANY»), with address at Carrera 99 #138-13, Bogotá, and service line 312 472 72073, provides its cleaning, restoration, and home laundry services through its website and service channels (WhatsApp/Phone).

By requesting our services, the customer fully accepts the following conditions.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

THE COMPANY provides dry cleaning, wet cleaning, ironing, footwear restoration, and cleaning of household items (rugs, curtains, linen) 4. We reserve the right to refuse garments that, due to their deteriorated condition, present a high risk of damage during the cleaning process.

3. CONDITIONS FOR PICKUP AND DELIVERY (HOME SERVICE)

  • Pickup: The logistics staff will perform a quick visual inspection at the time of pickup. However, the final diagnosis is made at the plant. If unreported damage, difficult stains, or fabric risks are found, the customer will be notified before proceeding.
  • Timelines: Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the complexity of the treatment (e.g., leather restoration or Persian rugs).
  • Absence: If no one is available to receive the order at the time of delivery, the home service will be rescheduled with an additional cost charged to the customer.

4. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY AND GUARANTEES

THE COMPANY uses Eco Dry System technology and certified processes. However, we are not responsible for:

  1. Natural Wear and Tear: Weakening of fibers, buttons, or zippers due to the age of the garment or poor manufacturing quality.
  2. Pre-existing Stains: We will make our best technical effort, but we do not guarantee the total removal of stains set by time, sun, or previous attempts at home washing. «Quality is not improvised,» but some stains are permanent.
  3. Forgotten Items: The customer is responsible for checking pockets. We are not responsible for money, jewelry, or documents left inside the garments.
  4. Garments Without Labels: Garments without the manufacturer’s washing instructions label will be processed under THE COMPANY’s expert judgment, but at the customer’s risk.

5. CLAIMS AND LEGAL GUARANTEE

  • The customer has a maximum period of 24 hours after delivery to report any non-conformity with the service.
  • In case of total loss or verifiable damage exclusively attributable to THE COMPANY, compensation will be limited to a maximum value of up to 10 times the cost of the washing service for said garment, in accordance with industry standards in Colombia, unless a higher value was declared and an additional insurance was paid before the service.

6. ABANDONMENT OF GARMENTS

In accordance with current regulations, if the customer fails to collect or receive their garments 90 calendar days after the agreed delivery date, they will be considered abandoned. THE COMPANY may dispose of them (donation or discard) to cover warehousing and processing costs, without any right to compensation.

7. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING (Habeas Data)

By providing their data (Name, Phone, Address)7, the customer authorizes LAVANDERÍA WASH QUALITY to use it exclusively for operational purposes (pickup/delivery) and service communications. We comply with Law 1581 of 2012. Your data will not be sold to third parties.

8. APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any controversy will be resolved before the competent authorities in the city of Bogotá D.C.
